Orders will ship once a week or more.
Please allow the following timeframes for when you should expect to receive your order.
We generally advise:
GERMANY – allow up to 1 week from dispatch
EU + UK + Switzerland - 2 weeks from dispatch
North & South America - 3 weeks from dispatch
Australia/East Asia and other - 5 weeks from dispatch
According to our experience, customers receive their orders much faster.
Please bear these in mind before you contact us regarding your order to allow it time to reach you. This can vary depending on where you live and your countries custom regulations.
We try our best that you will receive your pre-orders in time of the actual release of the items. If you order pre-order items and items that are in stock, you only have to pay shipping costs once, because all of the items will be shipped as soon as we can ship the pre-order items. You will receive one package.
The shipping method for Germany, Switzerland, EU and "worldwide" does provide tracking information and assurance. Once your order has been shipped it's out of our hands. You'd need to check with your local postal service to see if they have a missing items complaints procedure. We retain proof of postage for all items if you need our assistance during your dispute.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

The store is run 100% by the band, so it may appear that there is a mistake with your order, f.e. you received the wrong item. If that is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution for you!
If you're not happy with the product that you ordered, you can send it back to us and we will re-transfer the costs of the product back to you. Unfortunately we can't offer a return shipment free of charge, so you will have to pay for the shipping costs. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject "RETURN", so we can process your return.
