Orders will ship once a week or more.
Please allow the following timeframes for when you should expect to receive your order.
We generally advise:
GERMANY – allow up to 1 week from dispatch
EU + UK - 2 weeks from dispatch
North & South America - 3 weeks from dispatch
Australia/East Asia and other - 5 weeks from dispatch
According to our experience, customers receive their orders much faster.
Please bear these in mind before you contact us regarding your order to allow it time to reach you. This can vary depending on where you live and your countries custom regulations.
The shipping method for Germany and EU does provide tracking information.
If you're living outside of the EU, the standard shhipping method is without tracking information. If you'd like to have tracking information for your order, you can choose "tracked delivery" at the checkout. Once your order has been shipped it's out of our hands. You'd need to check with your local postal service to see if they have a missing items complaints procedure. We retain proof of postage for all items if you need our assistance during your dispute.
For higher value orders we may contact you to request adding a shipping upgrade before we dispatch your order.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Speak to your local postal or customs office for more information on shipping fees and charges.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
